With a privileged location next to the Mondego River, the Pista de Pesca and the Mondego bookshop, the park offers the practice of adventure sports, namely the canoe or kayak river descents between Penacova and Coimbra. Excellently served in terms of accessibility, its central location allows quick access to Luso / Serra do Buçaco and the city of Coimbra. The cultural attractions are also diversified, highlighting the secular Lorvão Monastery, the sets of windmills and water, as well as the rich and varied cuisine of the region.
